If you’ve ever taken a yoga class, you know, that class always ends with the word Nama stay, but perhaps you don’t know what that phrase means and why it applies to us as a school community. There are a variety of interpretations of that phrase, but the one I love the most is that it means when the teacher says it to students, the light love and teacher in me respects and is grateful for the light love and teacher in everyone of you.

As we begin this school year let’s remember that and honor the opportunities we have to learn from one—every day.
