The Zoom room will be opened 30 min before and 30 min after the event.  Join us to meet other Harvard-Westlake parents and build a strong Mindfulness tribe/community! : )

There’s no shortage of emotional triggers these days. When we learn how to deepen our self-awareness and strengthen our powers of attention and self-regulation, we can access our resources and relationship skills much more readily, and we can parent more effectively.

Join psychotherapist and senior UCLA MARC mindfulness instructor, Brian Shiers, as he brings the new science of emotion theory that clarifies why we get triggered and how to build resilience and open to more flow.
