Join us for a calm, hands-on Tao Calligraphy session with Winnie Wang, a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor, licensed acupuncturist, and co-founder of Heart Center. Winnie shares Tao practices with care and clarity. Her steady guidance helps you slow down, open your heart, and feel more present.

Tao Calligraphy is a meditative practice that blends Chinese calligraphy with Tao principles to support balance in mind, body, and spirit. In this session, we will trace Tao Calligraphy words that represent the greatest compassion, love, harmony and other messages that best serve your needs.

You will learn a simple tracing method you can use anytime for focus and calm.
