I’m on my way to becoming a certified mindfulness teacher through the prestigious UC Berkeley Good Science Center. As part of this program, I’m thrilled to extend an invitation to all out there to join me in an introductory mindfulness class designed just for you. Starting in Oct and running through Dec, I’ll be hosting mindfulness sessions every Monday at 4pm PST, designed to fit into your busy schedule.
