Let’s meet up again for the longest night of the year! Our gifted and skilled gong practitioners will play our large family of gongs to create a holistically resonant soundscape designed to lullaby you into gongland! The continuous tapestry of tone will guide you to that still point within, through the weaving of tones – The gongs, known for their therapeutic effects, have to potential to transport, transform, release tension, balance energy, and elevate your spirit.

Whether you seek solace, self-discovery, or simply a night of profound relaxation, this event is designed to cater to all. Create your space, lay back, and allow the ethereal sounds to guide you on a soothing journey of inner exploration promoting a deep sense of peace and harmony within.

Are you interested in Gong Training or Playing for this special event? We have a Dec 14 offering to learn how to play the Gong as well as bespoke opportunity to learn how to approach and play the gong for puja/soundscaping on Dec 21 from 12-3 at a location 10 minutes away from the venue. Use the add on option to add this experience to your registration.

Gong Players: Bring your Gong! Really looking forward to gonging together – we will have a players meet up and light supper at 5pm and then head over for set up for the event. Player option includes optional Dec 14 Training with Don/Yaelle ($180 value).

Participants: Bring a reusable water bottle/mug, yoga mat, lounge cushion, cot, zero gravity chair, pillows, blankets, eye cover – whatever you need to be comfy.

10:30pm-6:00am ALL NIGHT GONG SOUND RESONANT HEALING IMMERSION – 450 minutes of continuous gong.

6:00-7:00am Shunya (Silence) Integration, breath work, light stretching

Devorah Brous (she|her) is the Director of Consulting at a women-run firm, Givver, where she is matchmaking philanthropists with racial and social justice nonprofits and offering capacity building to deepen impact. An innovative facilitator that centers equity and radical inclusivity, Dev has a 20-year track record of securing diversified funding streams for nonprofits. She brings expertise in strategic planning, and coalition-building skills to her undeniable passion for growing community stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining the Givver team, Dev was the founding Executive Director advancing environmental justice, and community food sovereignty for a combined 18 years through BUSTAN, and Netiya. Both mission-driven nonprofits focused on climate-wise nature-based solutions in systems-impacted and disinvested communities in Israel and Palestine, and in Los Angeles. Dev also founded a wellness consultancy, FromSoil2Soul, where she guides rituals that tend people experiencing grief, and/or burnout through regeneration. Monday, December 23, 7-10am – Kambo, Animal Medicine Teacher. This is an add-on self-healing opportunity to work with special guest and visiting Medicine Minister, Valerie McKenzie, who will be available to administer and serve the medicine on Monday morning. Individual and small group sessions are available and require a pre-booking.

Valerie’s 1-hour session includes:

What to expect? Valerie will offer an introduction to Kambo. She will provide an understanding of the journey and the process. Valerie will include the benefits and the science of Kambo. She will complete this by serving the medicine. This runs about 30 minutes and will be followed by self processing where journaling is encouraged. The self process and the resting or savasana which will be accompanied by the healing vibrations and sound of the gong will last another 30 minutes.

Valerie McKenzie is a Kambo Practitioner and Instructor serving all over the US. She is a native Texan and Master Herbalist. Valerie has a passion for adventure and natural healing, shaped by decades of travel, education and cultural exploration. Valerie discovered Kambo through her own healing journey in 2018, which transformed her life and inspired her to help others. Valerie established Ancient Roots Alchemy Church in 2020. With a balanced and compassionate approach, Valerie is dedicated to elevating the mind and supporting wholeness and well-being.
