HW Mindfulness Club Event with Brian Shiers: Raising Resilient Kids

The Harvard-Westlake Mindfulness Club is proud to present an exciting event focused on Raising Resilient Teens Mindfully. Join us on Friday, April 21 at 9am for an insightful discussion with renowned mindfulness facilitator, Brian Shiers.

With years of experience in guiding individuals to achieve their fullest potential through mindfulness practices, Brian is currently an authorized ESRT (Enhanced Stress Resilience Training) Instructor under supervision by Dr. Carter LeBares, MD., ESRT creator and Director of UC San Francisco’s Center for Mindfulness in Surgery.

Brian provides training to surgery interns at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and Cedars Sinai Medical School.

In addition, Brian is a proud parent himself to a teenage son, Bodhi, and has a deep understanding of the challenges facing teens in today’s world.

During the event, he will share valuable insights on how to cultivate resilience in teenagers through the power of mindfulness. The event will take place on https://kalikazoom.com, providing a convenient and accessible platform for attendees to participate in the discussion from the comfort of their own homes.

Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and practical tips on how to help your teen develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with grace and resilience.
