Half-Day Heart & Soul Retreat: Yoga, Dance, Sound Bath and more
Time and Date: Sunday, November 5th from noon to 3:00 PM
Location: Lyons/Fuchs’ home in Sherman Oaks, address given upon RSVP.

Line up:
12:00 PM: Yoga and guided meditation with Cherise Bangs Kruger
1:15 PM: Light refreshments and Journaling
1:40 PM: Dance party with Jennifer Lyons
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Sound Bath with Jeremy Fuchschs
Bring: Yoga mat, eyepillow, journal, water bottle and/or re-usable hot mug for chai.

*Please arrive 15 minutes early to find your spot for yoga and plan to stay for the whole event.
