Natalie Bell is an inspirational leader in the mindfulness and self-compassion movement with over 30 years of personal practice.

Natalie is the Associate Executive Director for the global Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, and is a mindfulness teacher for UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center.

She developed the Fierce Self-Compassion for Leaders program to build an inner voice of strength and compassion to help you through any obstacle.
